We Accomplished This Today!
December 13, 2021, Andinet International School teachers and students along with Andinet Education and Training PLC paid a visit to Bela Defense Force Hospital and donated 1 million ETB, and around 300,000 ETB worth of clothing and medicine for the Ethiopian soldiers who were injured in the battle to save our country, Ethiopia!
Colonel Abate Misganaw, the Hospital’s General Director, expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the support and stated that he was very glad to encounter students who are cognizant of the price paid by the Ethiopian Defense Force to save Ethiopia and that they made bold decision to support our army. He also called on to students and teachers to serve their country with dedication, honesty, and integrity in any areas that they are assigned to labor.
Dr. Muluken Nigatu, the Director General of Quality Assurance in Education, representing the Ministry of Education said on his part that at a time when some International Schools have been shutting down classes due to the Western propaganda, Andinet International School is not only continuing its education but also delivering aid and showing its great partnership with the Ethiopian Defense Force. Dr. Muluken also said that AIS is exemplary to other schools. He added that the school needs to continue supporting the displaced and the young who are not currently attending their education on account of the war.
AIS has already started raising funds and gathering other items other than money for the displaced. Finally, Andinet would like to thank all who took part in this honorable task for a noble cause!
