Cambridge International Examinations Representative Visits Andinet International School.

Mr. Joseph Mbugua, the head of the East Africa office for Cambridge International Examinations, met with the AIS Cambridge staff to share experience. Mr. Mbugua offered valuable advice concerning our new Cambridge programs. AIS will begin the Cambridge Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE) Diploma in the 2017/2018 school year, which follows the successful completion of the International General Certificate of Education (IGCSE). AICE is a balanced curriculum of AS and A level courses that offer breadth across the curriculum and depth in the selected subjects. The first graduates of the AICE Diploma will be June 2019.

Message from the President (PTSA)

Category : PTSA

Dear Parents/Guardians,

I would like to start this newsletter with thanks and great appreciation for those of you who have reached out to us following our first request to send us your contact details via text. More importantly, I sincerely appreciate your pledge of support and interest you expressed to be members of PTSA and assist the executive committee in any way you can.

I would also like to commend parents who forwarded areas of concern and also news that our AIS community could learn from. We need this kind of communication to effectively address your concerns and grow together.

You can always be a part of this experience by simply sharing your ideas or personal experiences or stepping up to the challenge by being part of the different subcommittees formed by the executive committee. Do your share as a responsible parent by joining hands with the PTSA’s in its effort of making AIS the best school that our children deserve.

On behalf of PTSA executive team, I wish you and your family a wonderful holiday.

Martha Adugna,

PTSA President
